 
        
        Global Client Solutions Specialist - Global Business Solutions - London
Responsibilities
 * Coordinate & execute established global account workstreams to empower global teams and local (country) markets both internally & externally.
 * Team product expert, develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities.
 * Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects.
 * Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center: forecast marketing beats and content launches, anticipate KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
 * Build marketing materials that help guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.
 * Communicate with a clear & candid approach, effectively driving value for cross-functional and local partners.
 * Manage and track global investments & projects by building and maintaining trackers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
 * Demonstrated experience working in digital media, advertising, or tech platforms
 * Experience in account management / client services, managing media budgets and campaigns
 * Ability to project manage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
 * Comfortable working in a startup culture: demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes
 * Strong XLS and PPT skills and the ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations
 * High attention to detail and very organized
Preferred Qualification(s)
 * Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking skills
 * Passionate to excel in the media and tech landscape
 * Comfort in working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint)
 * Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures
 * Passion for data and technology
 * Humble and open-minded
