Hydraulic Engineer Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hydraulic Engineer to join our client, an Engineering company, covering the South West Region including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bristol, and Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will be based in or around Exeter and will have sound knowledge of fluid power engineering and work as part of a customer facing team. This is a hands-on engineering support role involving maintenance and upkeep within a manufacturing plant and workshop environment.

Workshop assembly and test of hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Assembly and installation of hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Onsite air leak surveys and following up with remedial work.
General mechanical engineering.

Excellent general engineering & hand tool skills
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Hydraulic Engineer Salary & Benefits
~ Competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
