Salary:
£45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience) plus discretionary quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations
* Conducting detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
* Supporting Financial Planners in developing tailored client strategies
* Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
* Liaising with providers and internal teams to gather and verify client data
* Assisting with complex casework and technical queries
* Contributing to process improvements and technical projects where required
What Were Looking For:
* Diploma qualified (Level 4 in Financial Planning or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Paraplanning role
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
* Excellent report writing and analytical skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Desirable Skills:
* Progression towards Chartered status
* Experience working within a high-quality, client-focused advice firm
* Ability to manage complex cases independently
* Enthusiastic, empathetic, and motivated approach to work
