Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with ASC, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to plan and implement targeted interventions and personalised learning strategies. Monitor students’ academic and emotional progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team and suggesting areas for development. Support the development of students' social and emotional skills through well-planned and engaging activities. Assist with the management and de-escalation of challenging behaviours, ensuring a calm and supportive environment.
