Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Architect

Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, technical governance, and design leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. Ensures scalable, secure, and best‑practice ERP solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Own overall D365 F&O solution architecture across Finance and SCM modules
* Drive solution design, HLD/LLD, and architecture governance
* Define customization vs configuration strategy; promote standard D365 adoption
* Lead technical design reviews, extensions, integrations, and performance optimization
* Design and govern Azure-based integrations and APIs
* Oversee data migration strategy, cutover planning, and reconciliation
* Define security roles, SoD controls, and compliance requirements
* Guide DevOps, ALM, deployments, and release management
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams
* Mentor developers and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years ERP experience with strong D365 F&O architecture exposure
* Architect on multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
* Strong knowledge of X++ extensions, data entities, security framework
* Experience with Azure Integration Services
* Solid understanding of Finance & Supply Chain processes
* Hands-on experience with DevOps, environments, and release management
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft D365 / Azure certifications
* Experience with global rollouts and multi-entity implementations
* Exposure to Power Platform and ISV integrations
