Wet Spray Painter – Manufacturing / Earth Moving Equipment Components
We are currently recruiting experienced Wet Spray Painters to join our busy spray team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a skilled production team responsible for painting components used in earth moving equipment. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Location: Leicester (LE4)
Working Hours (day & afternoon shift available):
06.00 – 14.30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 06.00 – 11.30
14.30 – 10.30pm. Monday to Thursday, Friday 11.30 – 5.00pm
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Role Overview:
Working as a part of the spray team that manufacture precision components used in earth moving equipment
Applying coats in accordance to the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications
Following instruction and working in line with the company's health and safety and best practice policies
Painting and prepping of complex components to the required industry standard
Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken
Actively support the Paint Shop Team Leader in all areas of the business as required
? Requirements:
Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
A team player who can also work on own initiative.
Basic numeracy & literacy
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
Must have experience in wet paint spraying
