Job Description
1. Facilitating good communication of information between the front office, reservations and the housekeeping team
2. Cleaning all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel, ensuring they are presented and maintained to the highest standard
3. Storing all linen correctly and dealing with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
4. Ensuring lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
5. Ensuring all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc, are dealt with in the correct manner, following company procedures
Qualifications
6. Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
7. Have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail
8. Enjoys being part of a team but can undertake tasks alone
9. Be punctual and presented to a high standard
