This role is a hybrid role, with 3 days working from home and 2 in the office. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will support the business development of our sales functions by exploring new possibilities and trying out new solutions for our customers using a variety of communication methods, and working together for our common goal of being the easiest company to deal with by driving to improve results and ensuring we deliver the right solution first time.
Responsibilities
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing customers.
* Provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Implement an activity plan to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets.
* Close additional business and gain long‑term relationships through objection handling.
* Maintain our customer database detailing contact with customers.
* Sell the Cromwell Value Proposition.
Qualifications
* Previous telephony, high volume sales experience within a target‑driven environment.
* Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
* Customer service experience.
* Previous knowledge of the Maintenance Repair and Operations market (ideal but not essential).
* Receive monthly commission based on targets, in addition to annual salary.
