Offer description

Creative Change Maker – Inclusion and Relevance Deadline: 25 July 2025 at 17:00
Contract: Full-Time, Perm (37hrs)
Salary: £29,943.42
Bold producer or artist with a passion for inclusion? Help us shape a more relevant, representative arts scene as our new Creative Change Maker.
Are you a bold, imaginative producer or artist who believes the arts should belong to everyone? Do you want to drive meaningful change and embed inclusion and relevance at the core of creative work? We’re looking for a Creative Change Maker to join our Creative Engagement Team, someone who can turn values into action and make representation real, not just rhetorical.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at His Majesty’s Theatre, working across all our venues and partner locations. You’ll play a vital role in helping us ensure our creative output and organisational culture reflect the communities we serve, and the ones we hope to reach.

Your Mission:
Connect communities. Challenge norms. Create space. From producing barrier-breaking work to leading outreach projects, your job will be to make sure diverse voices are heard and celebrated on our stages and beyond. You’ll collaborate with partners, mentor young creatives, collect data to improve impact, and share best practice across the sector.

Your Influence:
This isn’t just an audience-facing role, it’s organisation-shaping. You’ll be a key voice in our push for equity, leading cross-departmental work on inclusion, supporting the rollout of our Open House EDI policy, and helping us create a workplace that’s not only safe and accessible but joyful and welcoming for all.

About You:
You’re a confident collaborator with creative flair, practical skills, and a lived or learned understanding of what true inclusion takes. You’ve got experience as a producer or artistic project lead, with sharp planning, budgeting, and evaluating chops. Emotional intelligence? Check. Independence? Check. Team spirit? Absolutely.

We especially welcome applications from people of colour, disabled people, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

If you're ready to make real change happen, on stage, off stage, and behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
The deadline is Friday 25 July 2025 at 17:00.
