Join Our Team as a Housing Support Worker!
Do you enjoy supporting people to build safer, more secure futures?
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive person to join our team, providing housing-related support to families aged 16 and over who may be experiencing homelessness, complex needs, or safeguarding concerns.
As a Housing Support Worker, you’ll deliver personalised, trauma-informed support that empowers families to maximise their independence and successfully transition into long-term, sustainable housing. You’ll deliver tenancy support including budgeting, rent management and property upkeep.

Who we’re looking for:
* Experience of working with vulnerable families in supported accommodation
* A natural communicator - warm, human, and able to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* A UK driving licence (or one valid in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work.
