You will lead critical functions across Operations, IT, and Client Management - driving operational excellence while looking at technology to help grow the company going forward
This includes
* Building strong teams within operations
* Oversee all operational activities, maintaining quality standards
* Continuous improvement
* Responsible for digital transformation initiatives across all operational functions
* Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure robust, secure, and scalable systems including delivering the IT roadmap
* Using data to make decisions
* Financial Management - managing P&L
Your background
* Very experienced within the field marketing sector - covering campaigns, product marketing, sampling, events, and brands
* Strong operations experience - proven experience in senior operational roles
* Digital transformation
Hybrid position - mainly remote with travel to HQ in the Midlands.
