As a Customer Service Executive, youll provide vital support to the operational depot, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of customer communications and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional, timely manner.
* Generate customer quotations and process orders through to completion.
* Book transport: generate paperwork and labels where required.
* Maintain and update internal systems with accurate and relevant data.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Provide admin support for end-of-month reporting and ad hoc tasks.
* Ensure excellent communication and coordination across departments.
