Job Description
The Key Lead ensures all customers receive quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensure effective store operations, and drive performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule Requirements
* Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
* During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
* Education – High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
* No Supervisory/ Management Experience Is Required.
