You'll: Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance Lead, inspire, and grow a team of care professionals Actively recruit new carers and grow hours Deliver outstanding care outcomes for our customers Take responsibility for commercial performance and quality This role gives you the freedom to lead like it’s your own business, but with the full support of a national brand behind you.
