Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Officer for a growing company based near to Caerphilly.
We're looking for someone who has a relevant degree, an IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate and 1-2 years of experience within risk management. You will help ensure compliance with legal, industry, and client requirements, while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
This client started as a family run business and has now grown to over 70. There are progression opportunities if you would like it and the opportunity to be part of a fantastic culture with lots of team events.
The office location is Caerphilly, but you must be able to travel across the UK.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Graduate Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality, you will be responsible for:
1. Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001).
2. Assist with implementing and monitoring SHEQ policies and procedures.
3. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
4. Prepare and review RAMS, COSHH, and risk assessments.
5. Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
6. Maintain accurate SHEQ records and documentation.
