Senior Risk Modelling Analyst - Pricing & Risk Analytics
Location: Kent / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

We are working with a leading insurer seeking a Senior Risk Modelling Analyst to support pricing and risk analytics across a varied portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to apply advanced modelling skills in a data-driven, collaborative environment.
The role is based in Kent, with hybrid flexibility, and would suit someone with strong technical expertise in insurance or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain pricing and risk models using GLM, GBM, and other machine learning techniques
* Analyse large data sets to support pricing recommendations and risk segmentation
* Deliver actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Manage model governance, validation processes, and performance monitoring
* Support capital modelling and long-term risk analysis initiatives
Candidate Profile
* Ideally 3+ years' experience in a pricing, risk modelling, or analytics role within insurance or financial services
* Candidates with 2+ years' experience and strong RADAR expertise will be considered
* Proficient in Python, SQL, SAS, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI
* Solid understanding of general insurance pricing, reserving, or capital modelling techniques
* Confident communicator, capable of presenting technical insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
