Interim Payroll Specialist – Edinburgh (Immediate Start) 3 Month Contract | Potential to go permanent up to £38k per annum | 37 hours per week | Hybrid (min. 1 day in office) iMultiply is supporting a non-for-profit organisation and looking for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist to step in and provide hands-on payroll support during a critical period of transition. This is an immediate‑start role with a tight handover window, so we're looking for someone confident, detail‑driven and able to get up to speed quickly. Key Responsibilities You’ll play a central role in delivering accurate, timely payroll, managing monthly payroll via iTrent Processing third‑party payments Completing pension submissions Handling HMRC tax submissions Processing manual timesheets Providing day-to-day guidance, oversight and problem-solving support Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all payroll processing Skills Required iTrent payroll experience, desirable, but open to experience with other systems Strong payroll technical knowledge High attention to detail Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal stakeholders Ability to pick up systems, workflows and processes quickly On Offer 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent, Hybrid, starting immediately For further information, please feel free to get in touch with Maria Stathopoulou.
