Responsibilities
* Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to all store patrons.
* Learning and executing inventory management tasks, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
* Supporting the training and development of new team members.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Participating in sales promotions and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Requirements
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.

* Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations is a plus.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
* A valid driver’s license is required.
