The role holder will be part of the Speak Out team and will be responsible for leading and managing some of the confidential whistleblowing investigations.
The role requires:
1. Solid investigative skills and an understanding of how to construct and perform investigations.
2. An ability to handle complex matters ensuring whistleblowing regulations are adhered to at all times.
3. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all levels of the company, as well as being able to effectively prioritise and manage several tasks at the same time.

As a Whistleblowing Investigator your main responsibilities will be:
4. Assist with confidential investigations including:
5. Attend and where required conduct interviews and fact findings meetings
6. Create interview plans and Terms of Reference
7. Produce comprehensive interview notes
8. Produce thorough and concise investigative reports
9. Provide on-going/regular updates to Reporters etc
10. Work with key stakeholders to provide confidential and appropriate feedback

12. Good organisational/time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt well to change in a fast-paced, demanding environment in order to deliver team objectives

Experience statements :
20. Previous experience in a whistleblowing related role and an investigations background is preferable
21. A capable individual with the relevant applicable skillset and attributes to enable them to operate both independently and as part of the team
22. Experience operating in a risk and controls related and/or project environment would be an advantage
23. Ability to proactively manage, organise and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced / demanding environment with proven problem solving skills
24. Excellent analytical skills
Qualifications:
25. University degree (or equivalent) and or relevant professional experience
