About the role
We are on the lookout for an Inwards/Outwards Goods Store Person to provide, maintain, and develop a high level of effective stock management, logistics coordination, and provedoring support for our deep-sea vessels and onshore staff.
As an Inwards/Outwards Goods Store Person, you will be responsible for:
4. Handling and directing incoming goods, including physical lifting and operating a forklift
5. Using purchase order references to accurately assign and distribute products to the appropriate vessels
6. Organising and distributing business and personal items for staff members on site
7. Taking ownership and initiative over the Provedoring packaging shed and inwards goods facility
8. Driving the provedoring van to procure items from local stores as required
For this role, you’ll need:
9. New Zealand Full Drivers License
10. Forklift License
11. To be Physically Fit and Able
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Excellent communication skills
