Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant

I’m currently working with a growing Salesforce Partner who are looking to bring in a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to support a strong pipeline of enterprise-scale Salesforce projects.
This is a genuinely technical role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on Salesforce development alongside client-facing consulting and solution design work. You’ll be joining a collaborative delivery team working across a variety of Salesforce implementations and transformation programmes.
The business has built a strong reputation within the Salesforce ecosystem and offers the opportunity to work on complex, end-to-end projects using modern Salesforce technologies rather than purely BAU administration work.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple client projects
* Hands-on development using Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform technologies
* Work closely with Solution Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Lead technical discussions with clients and provide best practice guidance
* Support integrations with third-party platforms and APIs
* Contribute to overall platform architecture and technical delivery standards
* Mentor junior developers and consultants where required
Key skills & experience:
* Strong Salesforce development experience
* Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL and integrations
* Experience working within a Salesforce Partner or consultancy environment would be highly beneficial
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Salesforce certifications highly desirable
* Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud beneficial
