2. Coordinate the recruitment process, from placing job advertisements and arranging interviews to processing pre-employment checks and onboarding new starters.
3. Ensure compliance with NHS employment standards, including criminal records checks, professional registrations, and employment eligibility.
4. Maintain accurate records and personnel files, supporting the delivery of a seamless recruitment experience.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers, payroll, and external agencies to address queries and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
