We are looking to employ experienced HGV drivers to join the Backline team on a permanently employed, *£35,360 salary* *based on a 40-hour week plus overtime at a premium rate* to work with our clients, driving rigids and artics on distribution, day trunking and more.
You will be working with our local client-based on a variety of work that suits your abilities and importantly, work that you enjoy doing. Our aim is to play to your strengths and develop your skills on an ongoing basis to provide you with financial / employment stability and to also provide our clients with the very best drivers.
*About you:*
We are looking for drivers with a minimum of a 2-year commercial HGV experience who are looking for variety and new challenges. Initial criteria include:
· Max 6 points for minor offences
· Valid HGV licence, CPC and digicard
· 2 years HGV driving experience
· 2 years checkable work history
· An ambition to settle into a steady, varied and rewarding role
