The role of Scheme Manager - Homeownership will include:
1. Encouraging residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and organisational objectives
2. Providing administrative support including producing letter/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, invoice management and support resales
3. Confident in engaging and communicating with internal and external contractors.
4. Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services
Skills and experiences:
5. Experience of working with vulnerable residents and a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents
6. Experience of good practice for resident involvement practices
7. Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively
8. Excellent communication and customer care skills both face to face and via telephone concerning a range of queries/complaints, offering advice and guidance
9. A good working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
10. Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
11. A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travelling to other sites may be required

21. £21,635 per annum (rising to £22,304 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £24,693 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £25,473 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
