MBR Dental are currently assisting Chineham Dental, an independent family-run dental practice in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, principal-led practice offering a stable NHS patient list, excellent private growth potential, and strong clinical support.
Position Details
1. Available immediately (notice periods considered)
2. Part-time opportunity – 2–3 days per week
3. Surgery space: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
4. 1800–2500 UDAs available
5. From £13 per UDA
6. 50/50 split on private and lab fees
7. Inheriting a stable NHS patient list
8. Practice currently accepting private patients only for new registrations
9. Excellent opportunity to grow private income alongside NHS
