About the Role SAP Care Services are looking for 3 compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supported living homes in Tonbridge. You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs including autism, Down syndrome, and learning disabilities, helping them to live independently within shared homes. This is a hands-on, rewarding role - perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.
