Pay & Hours
Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at £13.70 an hour, increasing to £14.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for as few as 12 hours.
Availability
Preferred availability windows: Tuesday 3:30 pm–9:00 pm, Wednesday 5:00 pm–9:00 pm, Thursday 9:30 am–9:00 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm–9:00 pm. We provide 3‑week notice of shifts and support flexibility if your schedule closely matches these windows.
Responsibilities
* Support the operation of a modern Pharmacy.
* Accurately dispense medication and ensure attention to detail.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
* Offer information on common ailments, symptoms and products.
* Advise customers on available Pharmacy services.
* Deliver dispensing services and processes according to SOPs.
* Assess legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions.
* Handle clinical and legal queries within competence.
* Respond to prescription medicine queries and report complaints.
* Maintain dispensary routines, SOPs and cleanliness.
* Ensure accurate prescription administration on time.
* Promote company initiatives within the team.
* Carry out all procedures accurately to protect profit.
* Complete corporate and departmental training.
* Keep up to date with legal and professional developments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
* Desire to train and develop in the Pharmacy field.
