The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work-in-progress, and final outputs of the Image team, covering areas such as 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching.
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

This role demands a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Imagery Producer ensures team efficiency and supports clients across various media globally, balancing broad deadlines and diverse requirements.
The responsibilities include proactive job organization, maintaining records, effective communication with project stakeholders, and regular updates to team leaders and managers. The role also involves understanding client systems, reviewing processes, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of all imagery assets.
Accountabilities
* Receive briefs from various business areas, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning and strategy.
* Maintain communication with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Develop thorough knowledge of client systems and production processes.
* Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, with clear status updates.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of briefs.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising POs for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins and invoices are issued promptly.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas, software proficiency, strong decision-making, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
