POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Development Representative, also known as Build Representative (BR), is responsible for partnering with newly assigned Chairs who graduate from Vistage Chair Academy. They will utilize technologies such as LinkedIn, Email, and Phone to source new CEO member candidates and secure initial conversations to accelerate membership. The Build Representative will support Chairs in launching new groups by helping with pipeline traction and member signings, while boosting confidence in Chairs by providing dedicated lead generation support, thereby enhancing the company's brand in the marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the UK Business Development Director, the Build Representative will drive a subset of Chairs’ CEO memberships through lead generation and appointment setting. They will support Chairs with activities to build their pipeline and set up exploratory calls with qualified CEO candidates, primarily via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
* Partner with Chairs by sourcing and prequalifying C-Level candidates to facilitate sales conversations.
* Use LinkedIn and other outreach methods to connect with potential members.
* Pre-qualify candidates through profiling and interest gauging to set appointments.
* Engage with C-suite candidates over calls and emails.
* Develop creative outreach strategies to maintain and strengthen pipelines.
* Follow up with candidates who are unresponsive or have deferred.
* Collaborate with the team to share best practices and overcome recruiting challenges.
* Maintain SLAs, Salesforce metrics, and market intelligence reports.
* Implement and manage the sales process to meet launch objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 2 years of lead sourcing and appointment setting experience, comfortable with outbound calls.
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean searches, and database searching.
* Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook.
* At least 2 years of inside sales or consulting experience via phone and email.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across management levels.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills.
JOB LOCATION
Hybrid in Hedge End, UK; 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
