Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in East London. Requirements * Prepare and commission Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments * Uphold the guidelines set out by the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 * Management of high-risk buildings to ensure fire and structural safety for residents. * Create and implement fire safety strategies and building safety management systems. What You’ll Need * Able to demonstrate substantial experience in preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments * Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, be a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Fire Engineers or possess an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
