Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing top-tier corporate talent? We’re looking for someone to join our client’s team on a short-term contract to support high-profile hiring across Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and the CEO Office. This is a hands-on sourcing role — no stakeholder management, just pure talent hunting.
Contract Details
* Rate: £350 per day (inside IR35)
* Location: Leeds (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
* Contract: Until 31st January 2026
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates across all corporate levels using LinkedIn and direct search methods.
* Build and manage shortlists for roles in Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and CEO Office.
* Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” sourcing service.
* Work independently without reliance on agencies.
* Operate within a fast-paced two-week advertising-to-shortlisting cycle.
* Collaborate closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team.
* Ensure quality and speed in candidate delivery.
