The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair work in a variety of commercial environments including warehouses, public buildings, and educational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing installations and reactive maintenance
*
Diagnose and repair faults in commercial plumbing systems
*
Work safely and professionally in occupied and unoccupied premises
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety and relevant regulations
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
*
Proven experience in commercial plumbing
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Good knowledge of current plumbing regulations
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
Preferred:

Experience working in schools, public sector, or industrial environments
*
Unvented hot water qualification (G3)
