MS Dynamics 365 - BC / Shopify Engineer
Rate - £475 - £500 Outside IR35

We're seeking a Business Central and Shopify Support Engineer to join a client of ours growing at a substantial rate! This role bridges ERP and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration, smooth operations and excellent support for our business users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration's, data synchronisation and workflows
* Liaise with support partners for issues that require 2nd/ 3rd line support and coordinate activities between partners where required
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyse business requirements and implement solutions
* Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
* Assist with configuration, customisation and updates to Business Central and Shopify
* Document support cases, resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing
* Train and guide end-users on system functionality and best practices
* Work closely with developers and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues
