Support Worker - Autism Services
The National Autistic Society supports individuals in understanding their diagnosis and its impact on their lives and those around them. Our residential services provide 24/7 accommodation and support for autistic adults in both urban and rural settings. We also offer supported living services for those needing additional assistance to live independently, whether as tenants or owner-occupiers, living alone or with others.

Who We Are Looking For
We seek passionate Support Workers to join our teams. Experience supporting autistic or vulnerable individuals is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Personal connection or experience with autism is a plus. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the individuals and their families, including evening and weekend shifts.
This full-time role is 39 hours per week, with a salary of £25,552.80 annually. Responsibilities include:
* Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
* Supporting community integration and transportation
* Developing homemaking and personal skills
* Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults
Possession of a driving license (minimum one year) is preferred or essential.
