Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality health visiting services to families and children, ensuring their health and well-being
* Conduct assessments and deliver care plans tailored to individual needs
* Offer advice and support on child health, development, and parenting
* Collaborate with other professionals to safeguard children and promote child welfare
* Plan and deliver health education programmes and community initiatives
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development
Qualifications and Experience
* You must be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid NMC registration
* Hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification in Health Visiting
* Experience in community or child health services is preferred
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
