Responsibilities
* Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Handle Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
* Manage cases for the Court of Protection
* Develop strong relationships with clients and referrers
* Contribute to the growth of the firm by developing new business opportunities and helping to attract new clients
Requirements
* You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with ideally a minimum of 2 PQE in private client work
* Highly organised and capable of working effectively under pressure
* Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
* A collaborative team player
* Dedicated to providing the best possible client care
