Estate Agent Valuation Manager Purpose of Role:
* Value and take instructions on properties for sale
* Progressing Sales through to completion
* Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
* Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere
Key Requirements:
* Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
* Excellent communication skills
* Accurate, numerate and computer literate
* A team player with excellent organisational skills
* You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
