We are assisting our client in seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Supply Program Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts across the Northwest, Midlands, and South of England. Based out of their Warrington office, this is a customer-facing role with significant regional travel, including regular overnight stays.
As the Program Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of their MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and factory consumables integrated supply services, ensuring all contractual and operational commitments are met. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining inventory efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving the overall performance and profitability of each program.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Integrated Supply Programs for a defined group of customers.
* Oversee storeroom operations to ensure inventory is optimized and health and safety standards are upheld.
* Collaborate with internal procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and spot buy purchases.
* Resolve nonconformances in delivery or invoicing and ensure competitive pricing is achieved.
* Deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings through innovative sourcing and process improvements.
* Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Communicate program performance through regular reports and meetings.
* Drive growth by identifying opportunities for expanding service delivery.
* Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring delivery against time and task requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Strong background in manufacturing environments, particularly within engineering or maintenance functions.
* Excellent knowledge of MRO and factory consumables, storeroom operations, and inventory management.
* Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain best practices.
* Proven experience in delivering cost-saving initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
* Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A flexible and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
