We are currently recruiting for a Construction Assurance specialist who has previous experience in Heavy Civils Construction projects within a rail environment. The primary responsibilities of the Construction Assutance Specialist include, but are not limited to; * Conducting thorough inspections, documentation, and monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. * Assessing workmanship and material quality against project specifications and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). * Maintaining detailed quality records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS). * Supporting on-site testing procedures to validate completed works. * Identifying and addressing construction defects, including issuance and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in line with company procedures. * Collaborating with the Construction Assurance team to review and witness ITPs and related documentation. * Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality forms and checklists. * Working closely with project teams to identify areas for process improvement and ensure production efficiency without compromising quality. * Liaising with design teams and client representatives to address project quality requirements. * Promoting and enforcing health and safety protocols on-site. * ...
