Job Description Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) File Handler – Credit Hire / Small Claims Office based – Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE Performance Bonus We are looking for a File Handler to manage a caseload of Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) claims – mainly vehicle damage and credit hire recovery – from start to finish. You will run around 100–140 files, progress cases efficiently, and achieve strong outcomes for clients.
