Job Title: Oracle Cloud Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Support Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation and support of enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across a complex, multi-business environment.
This role will take ownership of the Oracle application estate (Fusion SaaS, PaaS and EPM), ensuring platforms remain secure, reliable and aligned to business needs while leading internal teams and managing outsourced support providers.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the delivery and operational management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
* Oversee service performance, incidents, change management and release cycles
* Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patching and environment strategy
* Act as the senior escalation point for critical technical and business incidents
* Manage the relationship and performance of managed service providers
* Ensure governance, security compliance and effective licence utilisation
* Lead and develop the Oracle applications support team
Key experience required
* Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, EPM etc.)
* Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS and EPM platforms
* Experience managing outsourced support providers and service delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
* Knowledge of ITIL service management, SLAs and supplier governance
