Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Working with colleagues as part of an effective team to support vulnerable people.
2. Communicating and working well with supported individuals to provide personalized care and maintain appropriate relationships.
3. Supporting individuals during activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
4. Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on the Arks Information Management system.

Previous experience in roles such as Care Worker, Social Worker, Home Carer, Case Worker, Care Assistant, Autism Support Worker, Personal Care Assistant, or Social Care Worker is advantageous but not essential, as Ark provides full training. Our Support Worker roles are a great starting point for a career in Adult Social Care.
