* Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
* Develop and manage an active sales pipeline, identifying, progressing, and securing new opportunities
* Collaborate closely with product and pricing teams to create competitive value propositions
* Independently manage customer appointments and on‑site visits
* Maintain all appointments and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring high data quality and adherence to sales KPIs
* Prepare and share detailed customer visit reports internally
* Follow customer onboarding processes and support the creation of SOPs to ensure operational excellence
* Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder networks
* Attend UK sales and other internal meetings as required
* Participate in weekly meetings with the Commercial Manager (via Teams or face‑to‑face)
