CONSTRUCTION MANAGER NEEDED IN THE SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND - RAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ideally looking for a someone at a Construction Manager who has experience managing sites and gangs to ensure work is delivered correctly
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the Project Management team.
2. Setting up and managing the construction
3. Ensuring the project is set to be on time and within budget
4. Liaising with the client
5. Weekly and monthly planning and forecasting
6. Report errors or omissions in a timely and diligent manner through shift reports
7. Ensure all personnel under your control are fully briefed and work in a safe manner
8. Follow plans to achieve planned outcomes within possessions
Candidate requirements:
9. Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction manager or equivalent or experience from working on the tools
10. Previous experience working with on rail projects
11. A valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS
