Overview
Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced ICT Site Services Engineer to provide hands-on and remote support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and infrastructure environments. This role is key to maintaining high service standards, ensuring hardware/software compliance, and supporting users across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on and remote support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and infrastructure environments.
* Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues to maintain service levels.
* Support Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools; assist with patch management, encryption, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., MECM, Crowdstrike).
* Manage assets and license tracking; ensure compliance and documentation are up to date.
Qualifications
* Strong experience supporting Windows 11 desktops/laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
* Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
* Solid understanding of LAN infrastructure, cabling, and telephony support.
* Experience with patch management, encryption, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., MECM, Crowdstrike).
* Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware/software issues.
* Familiarity with asset management and license tracking.
