Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
* Collaborate with architects and project teams throughout all RIBA stages.
* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant building, planning, and environmental standards.
* Support the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience working within an architectural practice.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM processes is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
