Responsibilities
* Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable hair extension methods.
* Install, maintain and remove a range of hair extension systems, including: K‑Tips, Tape‑Ins, Micro Links/Rings, Wefts/Micro Wefts, Sew‑Ins.
* Cut, blend and style extensions to create seamless results.
* Carry out hair cutting, styling and colouring services where required.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care.
* Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
* Create before and after content for social media where appropriate.
Requirements
* Qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
* Proven experience fitting multiple hair extension methods.
* Confident in cutting, colouring and styling hair.
* Strong consultation and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
* A portfolio of previous work is essential.
