Service Desk Planner Location: Farnborough (Office-Based) Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum Benefits: * Company pension scheme * Private healthcare * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Financial loyalty bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities You will play a vital role in coordinating field operations and supporting the account management team. Your responsibilities will include: * Scheduling jobs for a portfolio of client accounts in coordination with assigned Account Managers * Allocating work to engineers and ensuring job schedules are maintained * Reviewing and processing job paperwork submitted daily * Escalating job issues through the appropriate channels in JobLogic * Chasing outstanding paperwork and overdue tasks * Issuing approved documents and certificates to clients * Monitoring lab reports and ensuring sample bookings are accurate * Creating comprehensive site-specific reports, including air and tank inspections Ideal Candidate Profile * Previous experience in a scheduling, service desk, or similar administrative role (preferred) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure * Confident using scheduling software (experience with JobLogic is a plus) * Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach
