Temporary Administrator (Fundraising & Events Support)
Location: Belfast
Contract: Until 31st December 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week
We're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing day-to-day support with events and fundraising activities, including handling queries, maintaining accurate records, preparing materials, and assisting at events when required.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
2. Be accurate and detail-oriented, maintaining data quality and integrity
3. Have a strong customer-service focus and willingness to support a wide range of stakeholders
4. Be a confident team player, adaptable and resilient under pressure
5. Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
6. Have experience using Microsoft Office, database systems, and financial software
7. Have experience with cash handling, income processing, or similar administrative tasks
8. Be flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends and able to travel independently
9. Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths, with at least two years' experience in a busy customer service or donor care environment
Desirable:
10. Experience working in a charity or event administration
11. Awareness of the charity sector in Northern Ireland or working with children and families
