What you’ll be doing
As a Content Designer in the Websites team, you’ll shape the content that supports millions of customer interactions across Nationwide’s digital estate, including Nationwide.co.uk, Nationwide for Intermediaries, The Mortgage Works, and our product journeys within online banking and the app. You’ll design and deliver content that helps customers understand complex financial products, feel confident in their decisions, and experience a genuinely simple and human digital journey.

Collaboration sits at the heart of the role. You’ll work closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Insight Analysts, Editors and Product Owners to bring content and design together in a joined up way.
